Approval system
A notification is received if the invoice needs approval, ensuring it reaches the right department and is properly categorized.

AI OCR invoice processing
Processed files are archived in your cloud space and copied to the database.
They are automatically categorized.

Processed invoice report
Invoice is processed. Generating a report with history and payment details.
You always have access to all the data and can analyse it, e.g., in Power BI. Of course, we will help you with the setup.
Accounting report
File with all invoices is generated and sent to accounting.
You choose how often and when invoices are sent to accounting, e.g. twice a month, once a week.
Payment
